Assists in Library human resource functions for approximately 75 merit and 25 Professional and Scientific (P&S) including: recruitment, personnel policies, hiring procedures, electronic processes and procedures, evaluations, staff development, diversity, etc. Coordinates the employment and evaluation process for approximately 150 student employees, including graduate assistantships and internships. Farmers Cooperative Co. is currently accepting applications for a Safety Training Director.   The qualifications include:  Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university; or three years safety management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Prefer at least two years of agriculture experience.  Thorough understanding of confined space and bin entry, hot work programs, grain dust standard, hazardous materials, personal protective equipment, electrical safety, fall protection, railroad safety, material handling, defensive driving and other safety topics.
